Editing Users

Edit a User

You can edit your users information at any time. Simply click on the "Edit" option next to a users name. You can now edit the users information, password, email and access areas. (For more on access see above). Click "Update" to save any changes you have made. You will also see an option to "Disable" a user. This means that the user will not be able to log into your account and use Expressions, but the user information will be retained so you can "Enable" the user again at any time. When you click on "Disable" you will notice that the green box next to the user name is now grey and that the option to "Disable" is now titled "Enable". When you want to allow the user access again, you can just click on "Enable".
