Links Component
The Links components allows you to add links with ease!
Under Blog Menu, click "Links". To add a link click on "Add".
*Name: Give the link you are adding a name. For instance, if you are linking to My-Expressions.com, you may want to name the link: "Expressions" or "My-Expressions.
*URL: This is the URL for the link you are adding. For instance: http://www.my-expressions.com (Please note that you must have http:// in the URL)
Open in a new window: Check this option to have your links open in a new window (so the browser with your blog page will remain open).
Click "Add" to save the changes and add your link to your Link Component. Click "Cancel" if you do not want to add the link.
When you have added a link (or a few for that matter) you will see a listing of the links in your Links Component.
Reordering your Links:
You can order your links any way you wish. Simply click "Move Up" next to the link you wish to move up higher in the Links list, or click on "Move Down" if you wish to move a link down in the Links list.
Edit your Links:
If you need, you can edit a link at any time. Simply click on "Edit" next to the link you wish to edit. Make your changes and click on "Update" to save the changes.
Disable/Enable your Links:
You can disable any link at any time. Click on "Disable" next to the link you want to disable. This will mean that the link will not show on your blog page in your Links Component area, but the information will be saved for you to re-enable at any time. You will note that the green bar next to the link is now grey to denote that it has been disabled.
To enable a link, click on "Enable" next to the link you want to enable. The grey bar will change to green to denote that the link is now enabled.
Delete a Link:
Click on "Delete" next to the link you wish to remove. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Click on "Delete" again if you are sure, or "Cancel" if you do not want to delete the link.
